Was going through my tags and happened to discover it’s been less than 12 months since the very conception of Viclockon… ..and we’ve already had two!
Thank you time!
I just want to say a very big ‘Thank You!’ to a bunch of people who helped out on the day, including-
Olivia for keeping us all fed! And slaving away in the kitchen for much of the day (as well as making the awesome cakes!) Also I know Vina and Grace were helping her in there at various times, as well as other people keeping the food coming!
Grace also, for organising the scavenger hunt!
Tilly, Harry, Sashi, Aleesha and all the other wonderful people who helped out on the check-in table (I’m not even sure if I caught up with you all myself, but thank you a million for keeping that running so smoothly!)
Flags for organising the awesome gameshows! (and to all her brilliant contestants!)
Janet and Kat for organising the absolutely amazing photo corner (pretty sure Janet and Kayla were working on that backdrop the night before)
Frankie and Sarah, for organising the trivia contest!
And Sarah again for singing for us to kick things off!
Song for making the posters, the namebadges and the designs for the bags, as well as bringing things along for people to buy.
Emily also had lovely things there for people to buy.
Brie, Sally and Janet, for running the cosplay panel (also Brie for bringing the episodes last minute when I forgot (and Song too))

I know there is likely people I’ve forgotten (I know Kayla, Bec, and Dan, along with Song, Brie, Kat and Flags were also there the night before helping me set up, as well as others too most likely!) but a huge thank you to everyone who came along and lent a hand to make it such a successful day!
Did anyone leave any violin items at the con? the lady who organises the hall said she had some left behind…

Just wondering if you could post the winners from the Cosplay comp? I left early and would really like to know :)
Yes, The 1st placers were Brie, Sally and Grace with their skit, seconds was Mems as Fawnlock, and third was Song as a human Cluedo board!
I’m very sorry to miss the initial post-con enthusiasm, but now that I’m home, I’m going through the tag with much joy…
